We help B2B companies build a predictable sales pipeline. As Sales Development Representative you are the first link in the chain: you open doors, book meetings and contribute to the growth of our customers. A role where you learn to sell at the highest level, with people around you who bring out the best in you.
What will you do?
- Reach out to decision makers in our target markets via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Run focused conversations to gauge interest, uncover pain and book qualified meetings for our clients or for Match-day itself.
- Work with sharp target lists, smart tooling and ready-made playbooks. You do not have to invent the wheel.
- Test, learn and iterate on your own approach based on what works.
- Work closely with our Account Executives and marketers and actively share market insights.
- Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM and make sure every lead gets the right follow-up at the right moment.
What do you bring?
- Commercial drive and guts. You enjoy picking up the phone and starting conversations with new people.
- A growth mindset: you want to get better every week at listening, asking questions and moving deals forward.
- Bachelor's level thinking, or proven work experience at a comparable level.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, written and spoken.
- Energy and humor. You want to add to a team that combines ambition with a great atmosphere.
- You live near Spakenburg or you are happy to work on-site.
